Water recharged is water conserved and conservation of water is key to sustainable and inclusive development on Gandhian lines. With focus on conservation of water, SGSF has implemented 8 community soak pits at Gonguluru village in association with Gram Panchayat Gonguluru and wishes to implement individual and community soak pits in association with government and non-governmental organisations on larger scale in future.
