In order to inculcate the reading culture among rural students and enable them to develop holistic personalities with IQ(Intelligent Quotient), EQ(Emotional Quotient) and Social Quotient(SQ),The Sarvodaya Foundation is developing Libraries in Government Schools, where students are above five hundred in strength and village panchayat and people are cooperative and participative. So far, Sarvodaya Foundation has developed libraries in Gonguluru, Abbenda, Nizampet and Hanmantha Rao Pet and libraries in three more villages are in pipeline.
